Does Exercise Help Clear Acne? Yes, exercise makes your skin clearer and healthier looking overall. When you exercise it gets your blood pumping faster and in this process, you'll flush out your body toxins. If the body is clean from the inside you'll automatically see the results on the outside. It will not clear up in an instant but if you regularly exercise it will (and also hopefully prevent it from coming again) Also it gets the blood circulation going, plus when you sweat it clears up the pores.

Just make sure you wash your face shortly after your work out otherwise all that dirt and oil will clog up your pores right back up! And if you use a towel to wipe your face and body during a workout, make sure you are using a clean one for the same reasons. After my workouts and classes, my face is shining with sweat, but after I wash up, it's definitely glowing!
